Brick Not Scanning

We’re sorry your Brick is having troubles scanning. We're here to help you get working with Brick ASAP.

 

We have a few tests that help us identify the best path to get you back to doing more of what matters. Please email us at hello@getbrick.app after the tests so we can support directly.

 

 1. Download the NFC Tools app and scan the Brick while in the NFC Tools app. Take a screenshot of the screen to send to Brick team.

 

 2. If you have access, download the NFC Tools app on a different phone (iOS or Android) and scan the Brick while in the NFC Tools app. Take a screenshot of the screen to send to Brick team.

 

 3. Confirm your iPhone and iOS version (can be found in Settings —> General —> About)
