Blocking Apps with Shortcut

All apps (besides phone) can use this shortcut, but some native Apple apps require it. For example, Settings always requires the shortcut and Safari requires it in Allow Mode. Please note that this blocking method is 'all or nothing' - the app will be blocked whenever Brick is activated, regardless of mode.
