Why a Physical Brick? How is this different?
We found that incorporating proximity was the most effective way to escape our distractions.
Software solutions (such as Apple Screen Time limits) helped, but the "key" to unlock the distractions was always present, as you always had the option to bypass the limit.
With a physical device, as long as you are not near it, the "key" is elsewhere, leaving you free from temptation.
What is included in the price of the Brick?
Your purchase includes both the physical Brick and full access to the Brick app — no subscriptions, no extra fees.

Does Brick ship around the world?
Yes, Brick ships around the world!
Customers outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and fees if customer is outside the United States. The majority of countries have duties and taxes ‘prepaid’ in cart. If you don’t see duties and taxes listed, you may be subject to important taxes, customs, duties, and fees upon arrival.
We’ve partnered with Passport Global, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or nominated agents (“Passport”), to facilitate the sale and delivery of orders to select international markets. Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments/products to the following markets: European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Switzerland. Will my phone work with Brick?
Brick is currently supported for iPhones running iOS 16.2 or later. We are working on Android and would love to keep you updated if you sign up here.
What happens if I lose my Brick?
Accidents happen - so we offer five Emergency Unbricks in the app that will automatically unblock all apps.
If those are gone, deleting the app will unbrick your phone.
Do you have access to data regarding which apps I block?
Nope - all information about which apps you block is stored only on your iPhone.
Can I use a single Brick with more than one iPhone?
Yes! There is currently no limit to the number of phones that can be used with a Brick device.
Similarly, one phone can work with multiple Bricks if you'd like to have one in your home, car, or work!
How do I Brick my phone without the device?
Simply hold down on the Brick button in the app for 5 seconds to Brick your phone from anywhere. You will still need the physical device to unbrick.
How do I make the App picker work?
March 19, 2025: We are working with Apple and are hoping for updates soon.
In rare cases, the App Picker may crash due to the number of apps being loaded. If that occurs we're happy to make it right with the below fixes or with a full refund.
- Open only one category at a time when selecting apps.
- Copy and paste app names from Notes into the search bar.
- Use voice search in the search bar (if available).
- Force quit the Brick app and restart your phone.
- Choose the mode (block vs allow) that requires the fewest apps for setup.
